I want you to picture a realistic perfect day in your mind. I'm not saying picture yourself on a beach in Hawaii.
I want you to imagine your life and responsibilities that you have to fulfill and how it would need to go to go as smoothly and enjoyable as possible.
Would it be playing with your children more? Reading more? Maybe making a schedule to help you feel more in control and focused on the task you do need to do?
Maybe it would be not allowing yourself to be hurt by a neighbor's thoughtless comment? Maybe it would be to wake up a little earlier to take a breath before rushing off to school or where ever. Studying for a test before hand to ensure a better score?
Would it be not getting angry with your children? Having more patience? Spending more time with your husband? Making sure you get your scripture study in?
Each day this week I want you to picture how you would like the day to go either the night before or in the morning and try to make it happen.
